Shipping costs
We offer three delivery options:
1/ Products can be shipped directly to you first. In metropolitan France, delivery is free for all orders above 250€, below this amount, the costs are 8€ per order. All returns are free.
2/ In mainland France, the products can be sent directly to you in express mode. If you place your order before 11 a.m. you will receive it the next day. In metropolitan France, delivery is free for all orders above 250€, below this amount, the costs are 12€ per order. All returns are free.
3/ In mainland France, products can also be delivered to a "relay point".
For the other countries that we deliver the price of the shipment will be calculated according to the destination.
In all countries, all returns are free.

Delivery time
Orders placed before 11 a.m. are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next day. Once taken care of, more than 90% of orders in metropolitan France are delivered within two working days. For example, if you order on a Monday at 10 a.m., your order will likely arrive at your doorstep on Wednesday. If you order on a Monday at 17 p.m., your order will probably arrive at your doorstep on Thursday.
For delivery abroad, it usually takes one day more

Returns
If you have a problem with the size, color, defective product or simply changed your mind, you have 14 days to request a refund directly from your account page (except for the Christmas period when we extend the deadlines for returns until the beginning of January). We will immediately send you a return label and we will refund you as soon as we receive your package. Of course, the product must have never been worn, be undamaged and be returned in its original packaging.
Product returns are free (finally they are paid by AGAIN but it's a gift 😊)
For an obvious question of hygiene, we do not accept returns of underwear (except for socks where it is agreed provided that they have not been detached from their original packaging)
If you made an order of less than 250 euros and you had to pay shipping costs, unfortunately they cannot be refunded.
